Our Policy in a Nutshell
Since all of our products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or returns due to sizing issues. But if your item arrived defective, we’re happy to help. Just make sure it’s within 30 days of receiving your order.
What Can Be Returned?
If your apparel item was defective on arrival, you’re eligible for a return. The item must be in its original, unworn condition and in the same packaging it arrived in.
To Get Started:
We’ll need your proof of purchase (a receipt or order confirmation email) to complete your return. Please don’t send any purchases directly to the manufacturer.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, the credit will be applied back to your original payment method within a few days.

Still no refund? No worries! Shoot us an email at info@fernfactor.com, and we’ll get to the bottom of it.
Got a defective or damaged item? We’ll happily replace it with the same style and size. Simply email us at info@fernfactor.com to start the exchange process.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the shipping information and instructions. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you’ll be responsible for covering the return shipping.
